Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through the HOME1 platform (home1.at), operated by Alpen Apartments GmbH.

2. Booking & Confirmation

By completing the online booking, you submit a binding offer. The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the booking confirmation via email.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT. Tourist tax is charged additionally. Payment is due before arrival.

4. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Late cancellation: 50% of total amount. No-show: 100% of total amount.

5. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are listed on the property page. Changes are possible by arrangement.

6. Liability

The guest is liable for damage to the property. The host is not liable for loss of personal belongings.

7. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. The jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
